I have an employee who goes out and speaks to new nurse practitioner groups and medical students about how to interview and enter the workforce. The employee does this to established groups or classrooms and does not solicit for employment to our hospital. If he does it on hospital time, would this be community benefit countable?________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

I would also count it….as Community Building/Workforce Development.
