For those of you that have health fairs, do you count the hours that go into planning for it (the meetings and various prep work)?________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

As long as we can count the health fair–it’s community benefit vs. marketing, provides health education, etc.–then yes, we also count all prep time and travel time.

    Katie –

Here at Rush University Medical Center, we do count the hours that go into planning for the annual health fair.
