As a part of Medicare reimbursement for hospice patients, up to 13 months of bereavement support is included in this bundled payment. Would this be counted as a Medicare loss or can it be counted under community health services?

For our Hospice program we have a memorial bereavement and awareness program that generates donations. Do we count those donations as offsetting revenue?
